Job description
PGIM, the global asset management arm of Prudential, seeks a Senior Investment Associate for its Asset Based Finance (ABF) team in Newark, NJ. The role supports origination, underwriting, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of private credit investments with high visibility across the investment lifecycle.
You will partner with senior investors, gain meaningful transaction responsibility, and contribute to investment decisions driving ABF growth in a hybrid Newark office environment.
