Job description
Abode Communities is seeking a Senior Asset Manager in Los Angeles, CA to oversee a portfolio segment and ensure strong financial and physical health. You will review operating budgets, participate in development materials, and act as a primary contact for investors, lenders, and regulators.
The role reports to the Associate Director and CFO, supporting improvements across properties and systems while managing compliance and reporting duties.
