Job description
The Senior Asset Manager at Chinatown Community Development Center will oversee financial, physical, regulatory, and administrative aspects of a diverse affordable housing portfolio in San Francisco’s Chinatown neighborhood.
He or she will work closely with Housing Development, Property Management, and Fiscal teams to ensure long-term financial stability, compliance, and strategic asset management goals across projects and programs.
