Grant Morgan is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Management to lead a portfolio of approximately 20 multifamily assets totaling 4,000 units across the Southern United States. The role reports to the Senior Vice President of Asset Management and offers high visibility with mentorship and strategic responsibility.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in real estate, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
