This position is located in Charlotte and reports to Ilean Coyle.Primary ResponsibilitiesManaging leader email inbox, triaging and prioritizing tasks, and handling inquiries where appropriateCalendar management (coordinating with other assistants to schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, reserve meeting space, ensure technology is set up)Coordinate travel planning and handle expense management for complex and worldwide travelResponsible for meeting management, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and driving action items to completionCoordinate events and team gatheringsManaging documentation, data entry, and other administrative tasks as neededOther special projects as requiredQualificationsStrong executive presence with experience supporting executives in a highly professional and fast-paced environmentAdvanced skillset utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook) and Adobe AcrobatAbility to organize tasks and assign order of priority for a leaderProven ability to serve as a trusted partner, maintain confidentiality, and deliver upward feedback to senior leadersStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently in line with leader's style and preferencesExperience booking complex domestic and international travel preferredTakes initiative in problem solving and ownership of tasksHigh sense of urgencyStrong verbal and written communication skillsCollege degree is preferred; minimum Associates' degree or equivalentBarings is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer; Minority/Female/Age/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Individual with Disability/Protected Veteran.
