Job description

Hyatt is seeking an Assistant General Manager for The Standard Grill at The Standard High Line in New York. You will support the GM in daily operations, drive guest experiences, quality food, and a safe, clean environment.

You will lead and train staff, monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining profitability. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and hospitality passion are required; the role reports to GM and Director of F&B.
