Caliber Car Wash in Lake Wales, FL is seeking a full-time Sr. Assistant Store Manager to operate our brand-new express tunnel car wash. You will lead a team, ensure top customer service, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates have at least two years of management experience in service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to growing with the company. Weekend availability and POS proficiency are required.
