The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
This position will work up to 38 hours per week. Minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
