Job description
Steve Madden Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, helping drive productivity, sales and profitability. The role includes stepping in when the Store Manager is unavailable and guiding the store team to deliver excellent service.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of retail and management experience, strong customer service skills, and a proven ability to recruit, train and motivate staff while maintaining merchandising standards.
