Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services
Support Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring sales and profitability
Develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage, merchandising, inventory control per company policies
Qualifications
Minimum age 18
Prior retail or management experience required
Physical demands: >8 hrs standing, walking, ladder climbing, lift up to 50 lbs
Work up to 38 hours/week
