Job description
Senior Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's
Join Spencer's as a Senior Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and develop a high‑performing team.
Responsibilities
Maintain Guest Services and create a welcoming shopping experience.
Support the Store Manager in overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
Develop and coach store staff to achieve performance goals.
Control expenses, shrinkage, and manage merchandising and inventory control according to company policies.
Qualifications
Prior retail or management experience is required.
Minimum age 18.
Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs for more than 8 hours per week.
Benefits & Compensation
Hourly rate: $19.00 – $19.25 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience).
