Assistant Store Manager
Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Develop staff and control expenses, shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
Minimum age requirement: 18.
Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
