Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Senior Associate for its Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity, joining a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services.
Duties
Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute complex deals.
Provide strategic counsel on regulatory and compliance matters.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
Support clients in navigating global regulatory environments.
Requirements
Minimum of five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admission to the State Bar of California.
Skills
Proficiency in legal research and writing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
