Job description
Clayco, based in St. Louis, is seeking a Senior Associate Counsel to support its growing concrete business. The ideal candidate will have a law degree and 2-4 years of experience with real estate construction subcontracts and commercial construction contracts. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, assisting with change orders and claims, and advising on commercial contracts.
