Job description
RAND Corporation's Office of the General Counsel seeks an Associate General Counsel to lead the legal work at the intersection of AI, biosecurity and emerging technologies. You will be the primary legal partner for CAST and advise on technology transactions, data use, and national security matters.
The role requires J.D. and bar admission, US citizenship, and willingness to work on-site in Arlington, VA or Santa Monica, CA with regular travel and security clearances.
