Job description
Raymond James seeks an experienced Assistant General Counsel to cover the Fixed Income Capital Markets business, providing practical, timely, and commercially sound advice to sales, trading, research, and investment banking teams.
You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, oversee securities offering documentation, manage regulatory matters with SEC/FINRA/MSRB, and coordinate with Compliance and Risk to strengthen risk oversight across FICM.
