Job description
The Philadelphia School District seeks an Associate General Counsel, Labor and Employment to provide legal counsel to the Board of Education and district employees on labor, employment, and related matters.
The role oversees litigation, negotiations, and compliance, collaborates with District leadership across offices, and leads junior counsel under supervision of the Deputy and Senior General Counsel. Requires JD and bar admission, with at least five years of experience.
