Job description
Orchard is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join its Legal & Regulatory team in New York City on a hybrid schedule. You will build and evolve product offerings, expand to new jurisdictions, and manage legal risk across heavily regulated real estate sectors.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial/regulatory law, strong contract negotiation skills, and experience with RESPA/TILA/ECOA/GLBA. State bar admission and autonomy are essential.
