Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Senior Associate for its Private Equity Finance team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance, with a focus on sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings.
Duties
Advise clients on borrower-side private credit and acquisition finance transactions.
Collaborate with a team to structure and negotiate complex financing deals.
Provide strategic advice on leveraged finance and private equity transactions.
Assist in the development of innovative financing strategies tailored to client needs.
Requirements
Minimum of four years of relevant experience in private credit or acquisition finance.
Experience with sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings is required.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admission to the bar in the state of Massachusetts.
Skills
Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
