A law firm seeks a Senior Associate for its Private Equity Finance team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance, with a focus on sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings.
Duties
Advise clients on borrower-side private credit and acquisition finance transactions.
Collaborate with a team to develop innovative financing strategies.
Navigate complex syndicated and private credit markets.
Provide strategic advice to major players across various industries.
Requirements
Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
Experience with sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings.
Strong understanding of leveraged finance and private credit markets.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admission to the state bar of California.
Skills
