Goodwin Procter LLP is looking for a highly qualified associate to join our Private Equity Group in Santa Monica, California. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in corporate transactions and must demonstrate strong leadership in managing deal components and teamwork in a high-paced environment.
We seek someone proactive, with stellar communication abilities and excellent academic qualifications. Relevant bar admission and a deal sheet are required.
