Job description
Brookfield Asset Management Inc. is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate in ABF Investments in New York, focusing on structuring and evaluating asset-backed securities for insurance balance sheets.
You will build cash flow models, analyze rating agency methodologies, and coordinate with legal, tax, and accounting teams on deal terms. The role requires 2–4 years of experience with CLO/ABS securitizations, strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, and Intex skills, and excellent communication.
