Miami, FL
A leading real estate investment firm is seeking an investment professional to support the acquisition, underwriting, and asset management of office and mixed-use assets throughout South Florida and select Sun Belt markets.
This individual will play a key role in sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, supporting due diligence efforts, and executing business plans across a growing portfolio of Class A and value-add office investments.
Responsibilities
Underwrite acquisitions and development opportunities
Build financial models and investment committee materials
Support due diligence and transaction execution
Partner with asset management teams to drive value creation initiatives
Analyze market fundamentals, leasing trends, and capital markets activity
Assist with business plan execution across existing investments
Qualifications
3-8 years of real estate investment, acquisitions, asset management, lending, or advisory experience
Strong financial modeling and underwriting capabilities
Experience evaluating office, mixed-use, or commercial real estate opportunities
Bachelor's degree required
