Job description
The Alliance for Children’s Rights is seeking a Senior Attorney to join our Benefits Program. This exempt, full-time role focuses on securing funding to support children living in out-of-home care and requires strong litigation and advocacy skills.
Qualified candidates will have a J.D. and CA Bar, 5–7 years of legal experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, courts, and child welfare agencies. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred but not required.
