Job description
The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) seeks a Senior Attorney (WT: Assistant General Counsel) to represent the Department in civil and administrative litigation, including before BAR and DOAH. The role includes preparing pleadings, briefs, and attending hearings incidental to these cases.
