Duties
Negotiate and draft loan and related documents.
Advise on transaction structures and support deal execution.
Collaborate with M&A, corporate, and finance attorneys.
Prepare forms and utilize AI-driven models for document markups.
Requirements
Outstanding academic credentials.
Comparable law firm experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission in Massachusetts.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain promptly.
Skills
Strong negotiation and drafting abilities.
Proficiency in advising on complex financial transactions.
Ability to work collaboratively across various legal practices.
Familiarity with AI-driven document preparation tools.
