Job description
Advance Auto Parts Inc. in San Antonio is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, inspire the team, and grow professional customer sales with integrity.
You will manage staffing, training, inventory, and daily performance while ensuring safety and service standards in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires 50–55 hours per week with rotating days and weekends; long shifts, and a focus on profitability, P&L awareness, and customer satisfaction.
