Job description
Advance Auto Parts seeks a General Manager to drive store performance, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires automotive parts knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to manage DIY and professional customer relationships.
This is a full-time exempt position with 50–55 hours per week, including rotating nights and weekends, plus safety and store standards oversight.
