Job description
Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Montana seeks a General Manager to lead a busy store, drive sales, build Professional Customer relationships, and ensure service and appearance standards are met.
Responsibilities include team leadership, hiring, coaching, inventory integrity, scheduling, and safety. ASE certification is preferred; a valid driver's license is required. Strong communication and analytical skills to review P&L and drive performance.
