Job description
Capitol Ford in the Bay Area is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead the dealership's sales department and ensure 100% guest satisfaction by coaching the team and executing DGDG processes.
You will hire, train, and mentor Sales Managers and reps, oversee both new and used vehicle sales, manage finance operations, and drive revenue, profitability, and CSI. DMV check is required; competitive compensation with commissions.
