Job description
Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Clearwater, FL. This exempt, full-time role requires 50–55 hours weekly with 11-hour shifts and rotating nights/weekends. You will drive sales, manage professional customer relationships, and oversee both DIY and professional service quality.
You’ll lead a team, ensure inventory accuracy, and coach staff to meet performance targets while upholding safety and customer satisfaction. A valid driver’s license is required.
