Job description
Lear Corporation in Novi, Michigan is seeking a Senior Automation Controls Engineer to lead, implement and support automation projects across North America. You will develop electrical control systems, install robot cells, and provide SME guidance to integrate advanced automation solutions.
You will travel up to 40% for installations, mentor local engineers and help Kaizen initiatives, with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency improvements.
