Job description
Vertex Pharmaceuticals in Boston, MA is seeking an Automation Engineer to manage control systems in a GMP manufacturing setting. You will upgrade equipment, troubleshoot PLCs/HMIs, and integrate automation with the site network while maintaining data historian management.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in industrial automation, experience with PLC/HMI systems, and knowledge of validation and 21 CFR Part 11.
