Dotted Line, an award-winning creative agency in Richmond, VA, seeks an Associate Account Director to lead major accounts across tech, healthcare, and automotive sectors. You will own senior-level client relationships, guide strategy, protect margins, and oversee a hybrid Richmond team.
Automotive experience is strongly preferred; candidates with multi-rooftop dealer group and OEM knowledge win an edge. 5+ years in account leadership is expected.
