About the positions
Service Technicians perform repair and maintenance on customer vehicles. Our Service Team handles several manufacturers, and we have a longstanding customer base that keeps us busy. We have Service Managers that lead the way in customer retention and service and have a streamlined goal of growing our employees.
These positions require
Associates degree or certificate of completion of Automotive Training program from an accredited school or equivalent education/experience.
Experience as an Automotive Mechanic.
ASE certifications preferred.
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license for more than 3 years.

In accordance with RCW this position is identified as Safety Sensitive and is subject to pre-employment drug screening including cannabis.
Benefits - What we offer Competitive Base Pay: $30.00–$45.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

401K with employer match up to 50% of 5%

Technicians Vacation Accrual:
90 Days = 40 hours
1 Year = 48 hours
2 Years = 88 hours
3 Years = 136 hours
5 Years = 144 hours
10+ Years = 168 hours Sick Leave that is accrued at the rate of 1 hour per 40 hours worked
