Job description
Five-Star AudioVisual in the United States seeks a Director of Operations to lead the audiovisual operation within a luxury hotel or portfolio of venues. You will set strategic direction, manage daily operations, optimize inventory and staff, and ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction.
