Job description
Encore is seeking a Sr. Technical Lead to bridge between technical lead and specialist, reporting to an Operations Manager or DET. The role focuses on mid-tier technical operations for small general sessions and assists with larger sessions.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years field experience and strong customer service skills, with a preferred Bachelor’s Degree. This on-site hotel/convention center role requires lifting 50 lbs and travel as needed.
