Job description
Green Street, a leading real assets analytics firm in the United States, is seeking an AVP, Accounting to join our Finance team in New York. The role requires at least 5 years in accounting with US tax experience and leadership of a small team.
You will manage month-end close, coordinate audits, oversee tax provisioning, and provide technical guidance on revenue recognition and business combinations, while supporting intercompany transactions and system improvements.
