Job description
North Star Bank, a community bank established in 1947, seeks an Assistant Vice President of Deposit Operations in White Bear Lake. The AVP will act as a subject matter expert, oversee risk management, and coordinate with the VP Operations on Fiserv projects and procedures.
Qualifications include a degree (Assoc./Bachelor’s), 6–8 years in bank ops, knowledge of ACH/wires/Check processing, EIM, and fraud. Strong leadership and communication are required for cross‑functional collaboration.
