Job description
Fortitude Reinsurance Company Ltd. in Bermuda seeks an AVP, Insurance & Operational Accounting to lead R2R, settlements, reserves and close processes. The role partners with Reinsurance Ops, Actuarial, Treasury, and FP&A to ensure ledger integrity and timely reporting.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Life & Annuity (re)insurance accounting, strong US GAAP knowledge, and CPA/CA credentials. Strong collaboration and leadership are essential to drive continuous improvement and compliance.
