Fordham University is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Principal Gifts to lead a high-performance team responsible for principal, major, and planned gifts in support of the comprehensive fundraising campaign.
The role requires cultivating top prospects, guiding strategic gift planning, and partnering with university leadership to meet ambitious campaign targets while upholding the Jesuit mission. The AVP will mentor gift officers and drive donor engagement across a multi-disciplinary team.
