Job description
Florida Atlantic University seeks an ambitious and strategic AVP of Strategic Philanthropy to lead a donor-centered advancement team in Boca Raton. You will oversee major gifts, set fundraising goals, and drive campaign readiness while mentoring staff and collaborating with university leadership.
You will manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors, develop comprehensive donor strategies, and partner with college leaders to secure transformational investments in FAU's mission.
