Job description
The University of California, Office of the President in Oakland seeks an Associate Vice President of Total Rewards (AVP-TR) to design and oversee compensation, benefits, retirement, and wellness programs for more than 226,000 employees.
Reporting to the VP Systemwide HR, the AVP-TR will partner with senior leaders to align market competitiveness and fairness while managing a 56-member team and a $28 million operating budget.
