Need Senior AWS Data Engineer / AWS Python Developer profiles with strong cloud data engineering experience.

Must-Have Skills
Look for candidates with:
6+ years in Software Development, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering.
AWS Data Services (3+ years):
S3
Glue
Lambda
Event-driven architectures
Python (3+ years hands-on) and preferably PySpark .
SQL databases and data management experience.
CI/CD and DevOps experience.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Profiles with any of the following will be stronger:
Snowflake
Snowpark
Snowflake Cortex
Data transformation and ETL pipelines
APIs and Microservices
Distributed systems architecture
AI/Generative AI exposure on Snowflake/AWS platforms
Commission, incentives, residual payments, or finance domain experience.
Candidate Profile Summary
An ideal candidate would be:
A 6+ year Data Engineer/Developer with strong AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda), Python/PySpark, SQL, ETL pipeline development, CI/CD experience, and preferably Snowflake exposure. Experience building cloud-based data ingestion and transformation pipelines is more important than traditional application development.
Given your context, I would prioritize candidates from banking, fintech, payments, data platforms, commissions/incentives systems, or financial reporting platforms , as the role supports residual payment calculations and reporting solutions
