Job description
LPL Financial in Austin, TX, seeks an AVP Tech Lead to provide technical leadership for a development team focused on evolving the advisor workstation experience. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-enabled web applications and services aligned with enterprise standards.
Work closely with stakeholders, architects, QA, release management, and governance to deliver solutions, mentor engineers, review code, and ensure reliability, performance, and modernization across our platforms.
