Senior Azure Cloud Application Developer
$75–$82/hr W2 | Long-Term Contract | Chicago Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite
We’re hiring a Senior Azure Cloud Application Developer for a major global financial services organization in downtown Chicago.
This is NOT a traditional DevOps/infrastructure role. We need a hands-on developer who has personally designed, coded, and built applications in Azure .
Senior Azure Cloud Application Developer - What You’ll Do
Develop backend applications using Python + Node.js
Build and optimize APIs and integrations
Work with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Storage Accounts & Key Vault
Integrate databases and improve API performance
Strengthen authentication and application security
Use Terraform for application infrastructure
Help bring an Azure-based enterprise platform to production
Senior Azure Cloud Application Developer - Must Have
Strong Azure application development experience
Hands-on Python + Node.js coding
Azure Functions / Service Bus / APIs / Key Vault
Backend and database integration experience
Terraform
Important: We are looking for someone weighted toward application design and development , not deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, or infrastructure support.
Location: Downtown Chicago – 3 days onsite
Contract: Long-term
