Job description
OnMed is hiring a hands‑on Infrastructure and Security Engineer to own Azure operations, identity management, and incident response. You will lead ITSM processes, security controls, and endpoint hardening across cloud and on‑prem environments, partnering with leadership to stabilize a fast‑paced system that protects patient data.
You will build playbooks, drive automation, and coordinate with vendors, with a focus on compliance evidence for SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST frameworks.
