Job description
IBM is seeking software engineers to join its Confluent Cloud Traffic team, building and managing the networking fabric. You’ll design, build, and operate backend services in a cloud-native environment, owning features from concept to rollout, with a focus on performance and reliability.
You will collaborate across teams to improve platform velocity, resiliency, and API quality, while contributing to monitoring, on-call support, and code reviews to raise engineering standards.
