Job description
Affirm is seeking a backend engineer to build and scale data platforms for real-time loan origination and financial reporting in Nashville. You will lead engineers through ambiguity, own quarterly goals, and foster quality through design standards and mentorship.
Candidates should have 4+ years of backend experience with Python or Kotlin, plus expertise in distributed systems and data pipelines using Spark and Airflow. A related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
