Affirm is seeking a senior backend engineer to build and scale data platforms for real-time loan origination and financial reporting. You will guide engineers through complex technical decisions, align quarterly goals, and promote quality through established design standards and mentorship.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in backend systems, deep experience with Python or Kotlin, and strong skills in AWS, Kubernetes, and distributed data frameworks.
